Recently we have seen the iX3, Maybach, and Sylphy zero-emissions concepts, this is clearly preparing for the future market. Another electric car from far east was recently revealed during the 2018 Beijing motor show. This is the 2018 Honda Everus EV Concept and it is likely to be first Honda’s EV car to be produced on a large scale. It will have “Everus” like the brand name. Even though it remains a technical concept at the moment, the assembly plans seem to be at an advanced stage.
2018 Honda Everus EV Concept Exterior
The exterior of the EV concept appears like that of the Honda’s HR-V crossover. The electric version of the HR-V model has already been sold in the US and several other markets as Vezel. The front end looks slightly different although the bodywork retains the HR-V’s descending line. The other feature that has been picked directly from the HR-V model is the invisible rear door handles. The makeover of the front section makes this car look unique and slightly different from the subcompact HR-V SUV.
